About Us

Lyon Building Services is based in Broughty Ferry Dundee covering most of the north east.

We specialise in bespoke quality residences, extensions, renovations and structural alterations.

Founded in 1968 by William Lyon who built it up to be a successful family business. His son Craig Lyon joined the business in 1989 and has since become Company Director following the retirement of William in April 2006.

The use of our own multi-trade workforce enables us to provide an in house service backed up by a network of reliable and experienced sub contractors who have had a long term working relationship with Lyon Building Services.
